Standard Table Plan (MVP, WHC, PRO)

What’s Included:

  • Table Check
    • Software: Including Settings and Updating to Customers Latest Version
    • Parameters
    • Re-squaring and Motor Tension
  • Table Clean (Does not Include Debris Inside Tank)
  • Brief Training Session (In depth Training Can Be Provided At Additional Cost.)
  • New Boss Quench
  • New Bearing Blocks X,Y,Z, Axis and Scribe (Does Not Include Bearing Rails)
  • New Gears (Not Including Gear Rack)
  • Replace and Grease All Bearings (Does Not Include Bearing Rails)
  • Fix Broken Parts/Issues if notified prior to arrival (Prices Subject to Change Depending on Issue/Part.)

Any issues not related to maintenance can be addressed during the Boss Tech’s presence, provided that prior notification is given and pricing is established.

Annual servicing may be conducted if emergency repairs are required, such as in the event of a machine being struck by a forklift.

Services will be scheduled within a three-month annual window.

Boss Tables will oversee the scheduling.
